I underwent a right knee TKR surgery with Dr. Ng Khai Oon and was admitted to Ward 8 at Island Hospital in January 2026. I received excellent care from Nurse Salina and the other nurses on that ward. From the moment we entered the inpatient ward, Nurse Salina and her colleague (I forget her name) welcomed us very warmly, cordially, and pleasantly. Her cheerful and attentive demeanor made me feel more at ease during my treatment. Nurse Salina was not only kind and attentive to me as a patient but also to my child who accompanied me as a caregiver. The other nurses in my room were also very patient, caring, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. When I returned to Island Hospital for my left knee TKR surgery in April 2026, Nurse Salina still made time to visit me. We continue to maintain excellent communication to this day. Praise be to God, both my knees have now recovered, and I can walk again. Thank you to Dr. Ng, all the nurses, and the entire team at Island Hospital for your attention and service. Your kindness will always be remembered and means a great deal to our family.

Sad to hear that Missy Rani, Dr. Ng Khai Oon's staff from room 19, have to leave Island Hospital in May. I know Missy Rani as a staff with excellent work and services. I will miss you, Missy Rani.
