Thanks for Dr Daniel Wong, Dr Ng Yong Muh, Dr Ng Seng Loong take good care to my mum until her last breath and Jeremy Kwong assistance to my mother welfare claim. They are professional and understanding medical team. The hospital environment is clean, all doctors and staffs are efficiency, helpfull, supportive and patience. This is a good hospital. I would like to sincerely thank Dr Ng Seng Loong, one of the doctors who treated my father at PCSH. During a very critical moment, he acted quickly and made the right decision that ensured my father received the necessary treatment without delay. His calm approach, professionalism, and expertise gave our family great reassurance during a very stressful time. We are truly grateful for his dedication and care. I have admitted my dad due to high blood pressure, breathing difficulties lead by low oxygen level at emergency department. Due to serious condition and complication, he was admitted under HDU care. Honestly, there are no words to fully express my gratitude for the excellent service provided. Besides, I would thank to all the staffs at ICU1 . All of them are kind, helpful, and truly compassionate. I can really feel the true care and dedication in the way they treat patients and families. Special appreciation to Mr. Jeremy, Dr Kew, Dr Daniel and Dr Ng who are always there to assist me with billing matters. Their support and guidance made a stressful time much easier for me. Im very thankful to PCSH hospital doctor and nurse who incharge in ICU department and ward 4 department to take care my grandfather. In addition, I also grateful and thankful to Doctor Ng Yong Muh and Doctor Ng Seng Loong who treat and rescue my grandfather, Mr Chong.My grand father have heart and kidney problem. Moreover, I also thankful to welfare department and welfare executive who is Mr. Jeremy Kwong to help me to approve for welfare application .
