I am a Professor from Sydney, Australia visiting Malaysia. I had to make an appointment with Dr. J.R. Sathiyananthan (Urologist) to address my medical ailment. I was most impressed with his professionalism and most of all his warmth and genteel care in addressing my urgent medical condition. I was most overwhelmed with his detailed diagnosis of my condition. He also called me a couple of times later to check on my medical condition. It is such exemplary service that makes the difference between being Good and "Simply the Best". Apart from Dr. J.R. Sathiyananthan's kindness, I must also thank his most capable staff member (Ms. Nurul Syakirah). She is so meticulous in ensuring that all administrative matters were handled to perfection.
