My frequently visited gynaecologist Timothy Lee. Been here since April 2018. Dr. Timothy is very detailed and professional apart from soft-spoken. Ms Lau the customer service attendant helped me a lot when my bank card didn’t work out of no where. Apart from limited parking space, Tung Shin is a good hospital to go get health checkups and gynae visits.

We recently welcomed our baby boy at Tung Shin under Dr. Timothy, and I must say the hospitality and professionalism here are truly top-notch. From our monthly consultations right up to delivery, we always felt well taken care of. Dr. Timothy was attentive, patient with our questions, and took the time to walk us through everything in detail. He was also very supportive of our decisions, which gave us so much reassurance. The nurses were exceptionally kind and helpful, no matter how many questions we had, they patiently guided and explained everything to us. What touched me most was how warmly they assisted me with cleaning and daily care when I was bedridden after surgery. That level of compassion and attentiveness is something I truly appreciate (and not something I can say about other hospitals I’ve visited). A huge thank you as well to Dr. Yap (anesthesiologist) and the operation team for ensuring I felt comfortable and safe. As this is my first time going through an unexpected surgery, it was extreamly overwhelming, but with their support and guidance, the entire experience turned out to be positive and reassuring. Thank you, Dr. Timothy, Dr. Yap, and the wonderful team of nurses, for making this journey such a smooth and memorable one.

I delivered my baby on 8 January 2025, under the care of Dr Timothy Lee and Dr Yap Sok Aik. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to both doctors for their exceptional professionalism and care. Throughout my pregnancy, Dr Timothy Lee was patient, attentive, and reassuring. His calm and thorough approach gave me great confidence and peace of mind at every stage. During the delivery, Dr Yap Sok Aik ensured I was comfortable and well-informed. He explained each step of the anaesthesia and surgical process clearly, which gave me a strong sense of comfort and safety. Thanks to their expertise, my recovery was smooth I was able to get out of bed the next day, and my wound healed well. I am truly grateful to both doctors for their dedication, kindness, and outstanding care. They made my birth experience a very positive and memorable one❤️
