He is very understanding, especially when it comes to balancing medical needs with financial considerations, while still prioritising the child’s best health outcomes. His approach to treatment is very thoughtful and step-by-step — always focusing on the safest and least invasive options first. He explains everything clearly and in a very easy-to-communicate manner, which makes parents feel reassured and informed. What stands out most is his patience and calmness with children. Even when my child was crying, he handled the situation gently and without awkwardness, which really shows his natural comfort and fondness for children. Not to forget, his little gestures like giving balloons and toys always help brighten the child’s mood — something small but very meaningful during hospital visits. Avisena's service is the best. This time, my child inserted Play-Doh (clay) into their nose. We arrived at the hospital around 8 PM. By 10:30 PM, they were taken to the operating room under ENT specialist Dato' Dr. Abdul Razak. The Play-Doh was immediately removed from the nose. All departments provided fast service. Since 2023 with Dr. Tan Eng Kian, I have remained loyal to Avisena until now. 👍👍
