The emergency dept Dr. Thaya stitching skill is excellant, i didn't feel any pain and after healing the scar is merely a thin line on my forehead, i'm really grateful about it. Also the nurse friendly attitude is very calming to the patient.

I had two recent experiences at Gleneagles Hospital due to my mum’s head injury. First visit: We went to the Emergency Department when the bleeding had already stopped. The service was good, and the team was professional. Dr. Valerie and the nurses handled the situation well and gave us confidence. Second visit (a week later): We had to return due to severe bleeding at the same spot. This time, Dr. Thayaharan treated my mum and performed stitching to stop the bleeding. The procedure was done very professionally. Dr. Valerie also provided very good care and service during this visit, which we truly appreciated. Overall, both experiences were handled professionally by the doctors and nursing staff. We are grateful for their care and dedication.
