Did my medical screening at Wellness Centre IJN today. Very good experience with the environment and front desk staffs. All staffs very caring, polite and attentive to me except Dr Farhan. I think Dr Farhan needs to learn to be more passionate and sympathetic to old patients like me. Just answer any question post to you nicely and you dont have to be sarcastic. The only reason I was in IJN was to know my health condition and I paid for the services so its only fair that Dr Farhan gave me the best service possible. As far as Dr Farhan is concerned , he deserved only 1 star ! However the rest of the staffs at Wellness Centre IJN gave excellent service from the registration and all other staffs conducting the tests etc. Highly recommended to take your medical screening here at IJN but hopefully dont have to meet Dr Farhan for your consultation.
