I had a very good experience with Dr. Zana, her PA (Ika) and the KPJ team throughout my follow-up appointments and delivery of my first baby. Dr. Zana is very understanding, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She helped boost my confidence and made my first pregnancy and delivery journey much smoother and less stressful. I was also deeply touched by the care and professionalism shown by Dr. Zana and the KPJ team during my time in the operating room. One of the most memorable moments was when a member of the team played Surah Al-Quran, which made me feel calmer, more relieved, and comforted throughout the procedure. I am truly grateful for the excellent treatment, support, and compassionate care I received.
