Overall a good experience in seeing an orthopedic (Dr Tan Jin Aun) here. There's parking, waiting time is within the allocated hour, and drug dispensing is also speedy. One small area they could improve is their general WhatsApp communication as it can be quite inconsistent and they have misread messages. #smcd
