I had an excellent experience at Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur for my mum. Colorectal /robotic surgeon Dr. Lim Hiong Chin, was outstanding, highly skilled, very caring, and truly compassionate surgeon. He responded promptly to my concerns of my mother and provided great reassurance throughout my mum’s treatment. He responds to nurses queries or request extremely promptly. The ward staff, specifically in Ward 3B, were extremely attentive, caring, and supportive throughout my mum’s stay. The nurses were exceptional – always working with care and a smile, very reassuring, and deeply understanding of the emotional side of a patient’s journey. Their kindness made a big difference to mum’s recovery. Specifically to mentioned nurse manager Tham, Maz & Faizah , nurses Sakinah, Noreen were very caring and their approach towards my mother was exceptional. I also want to commend Stoma Nurse Siti, who was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable, providing clear guidance and reassurance at every step. She provides support even upon discharge and extremely prompt communication and reassurance. She is very experienced and her approach to caring for patient’s journey with colostomy and ileostomy makes the journey smoother. Billing team Encik Azizi has been very supportive to guide us on the billing side and again excellent communication with us. We appreciate his support and understanding. Overall, I am very grateful for the excellent medical care and warm support from the entire team. Highly recommended.

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the entire experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, the level of professionalism and care shown by the staff and doctors was truly exceptional. Even the little details, like the quality of the meals and the serene environment, contributed to a smooth and pleasant recovery experience.
