I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr Seow for the dedicated care and compassion shown throughout my recent laser surgery and follow-up treatments. No matter how busy he is, he always greets his patients with a warm smile and carries out his duties with great professionalism. His commitment and hard work are deeply appreciated, and they have brought me great comfort and reassurance throughout my recovery. I would also like to sincerely thank the clinic assistants for kindly arranging my immediate admission, follow-up treatments, and accommodating changes to my appointment dates. I truly appreciate the patience, care, and prompt assistance provided throughout the entire process. Thank you for your thoughtful support and dedication.

I was admitted to this hospital for a total of 12 days, in December last year and March this year, due to gastritis and gallbladder issues. My attending physician, Dr. Seow Chu Tai, is an excellent and very professional doctor who made me feel at ease and confident. Additionally, Dato Dr. Chuah Seng Boon and the medical team were all very professional 👍. Regarding accommodation, the new building (single room) is very clean and spacious, which I was satisfied with. The old building (single room) is smaller and older, and even lacks a kettle, which needs improvement. Regarding the nurses, their professional knowledge and service need improvement. Of course, I also encountered a caring and warm Indian nurse, Manpreet Kaur 👍, who was very good at encouraging patients. Finally, the discharge procedures (insurance) were very slow. I waited from after 10 AM until 6 PM to be discharged. This really needs significant improvement.

I would like to said that PCSH Doctor is the best especially Dr Seow, Dato Dr Andrew, Dr Joseph, Dr Kaw and all the ward nurses support and help us alot to treat my father and also Jeremy from PCSH welfare department support. From the bottom of my heart thank you and God bless all the people in PCSH. Thank you and love you all.

The PCSH team is absolutely phenomenal. From the emergency department, to the staffs at the hospital and to the amazing doctors (Dr Seow Chu Tai and Dr Ng Yong Muh), the team at PCSH really deserve a lot of recognition for the work they do for the Perak community. Dr Seow and Dr Ng explained the issues very clearly and in layman terms and it was easy for the family to understand what the issues were. They treat patients with empathy and care, offer affordable healthcare and do not see patients as cash cows unlike other private hospitals. The rooms and facilities are truly first class. Nurses also provided very good care. I would definitely consider coming back to PCSH in the future. Keep doing the work you’re doing, truly a community hospital!!

I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Tan Eng Keong, Dr. Seow Chu Tai, and the kind nurses, especially SN Adriaana, SN Najihah, SN Nadihah in Ward 3C, as well as all the nurses in Ward 3C and all the staff at PSH Hospital for their excellent service. The treatment provided to me during my admission to PSH in Ward 3C was very satisfactory. Thank you very much from me.
