I was just discharged from Asunta Hospital after being admitted for a stomach issue, and I must say my experience was truly commendable. Dr. Ganasan Chelladurai from the Emergency Department attended to me first. He was polite, attentive, and handled me with great care. His thorough examination and the smooth, fast process from the Emergency Department to the ward made me feel very comfortable before he referred me to a specialist. I was then seen by Dr. Sim Lin Kiat, who was equally impressive. He was gentle in his approach, explained my condition clearly, and examined me thoroughly. He made the whole experience reassuring, and the procedure was carried out with great care. The nurses also deserve special mention they were kind & helpful, throughout my stay (Fatimah ward Level 5). Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ganasan, Dr. Sim, at Asunta Hospital. As a first-time patient, I had a very positive and reassuring experience from admission to discharge.! Huge thanks.

Brought my newborn to the emergency dept for her jaundice. My first time here but was glad I chose this hospital. The staff from the reception, cashier, triage counter, doctors, nurses and phlebotomist were very helpful and welcoming. Dr Ganasan (emergency physician) and Dr Shanmugam (MO) were accomodating, soft spoken and professional. Very grateful that the process was quick and smooth. I truly recommend Assunta ED for your health emergency needs.

I visited OPD today ...and saw Dr Ganesan for my concern. He is so dedicated...takes his time to explain my condition,his plan of action and what I need to monitor to improve my condition. Staff nurse Joceline and Staff nurse Jovienna were very helpful ,friendly and very courteous. Thank you very much. We need more doctors n nurses like you all. God bless

My mother-in-law was admitted to Assunta Hospital for surgery. First of all, I am really thankful to the Melati Ward nurses who took care of her so well and kept her comfortable. Every time, they showed wonderful care. Special thanks to Sr. Lavaniah and CN Uma, who, despite being very busy, still did everything necessary for my mother-in-law. I am also very grateful to Dr. Tee, who did an excellent job with the surgery. Even though the patient is 70 years old, the operation was very successful, and within just a few days, she was back to normal—talking and walking like before. However, I was really disappointed with the Emergency Department. The staff there were not friendly, did not follow proper nursing procedures, and it made us very stressed. One female doctor (medical officer) especially did not seem to bother about our issue. Fortunately, Dr. Ganasan, who is in charge of the Emergency Department, handled the matter in a very nice way and even followed up the next day to ask about my mother-in-law’s condition. Overall, my experience started off heart-sickening at the Emergency Department, but once admitted to the ward, I truly appreciated the care, effort, and treatment provided.
