Having to undergo surgery is never a fun experience but compliments to Dr Chua SK and team for making it a tolerable and pleasant one. Dr Chua was very patient in explaining about my condition and displayed exceptional patient care. My stay in the ward was comfortable as well thanks to the helpful nurses and staff.

Secondly, most of the counter staff and nurses are H (likely referring to a specific ethnicity or group, contextually implying efficiency), and their work efficiency is quite high 👍🏼.
