The doctor is good... gentle... there was one doctor, not sure who, who was older... but very soft-spoken... the way she comforted my daughter when they needed to give her an injection after the first attempt failed was incredibly calming. The nurses were all good... they indulged our requests... they didn't show any frustration even though we knew they were tired. Thank you to Dr. Zaini for thoroughly examining Syifa before making any decisions... Thank you to all the nurses in Ward 4A... you all treated not only the patient well... but you also treated me, as the caregiver, with gentleness and kindness without showing fatigue. Thank you to everyone who treated and cared for Syifa for 8 days in this ward... May Allah bless you all.

Doctor Zaini and his assistant are very helpful. Their very good in doing their job. Very recommended
