Pros Attended by Taasha from customer service and she is very attentive and answer my queries diligently. Big shout out for all staff at ER although too many patients they handled all well and satisfied with their service. From my observation, suggest to add more doctors and staff nurse to speed up the waiting time. Since my son is 8 months old, he was admitted at Paeds Ward 5B the nurses and the doctors especially Doctor Salleh really attentive and make us comfortable around them. Also heard feedback from others while waiting at ER, for Paeds, Dr Salleh is the best. Their room is so comfortable and spacious especially for single executive. Please retain the staff and doctors. They are the main asset to the hospital. Negative For F&B, my pov is that I dont really into it. Been here in 2017 and the food in 2024 worst compared in 2017. In 2017, the food quality at par with the “a la carte” meal served by the 5stars hotel..for 2024, errr please check and improvise the taste and concept, otherwise the food will be wasted because we unable to finish because ’ tak sedap and pelik’. Please bring back the old chef who worked in 2017 This hospital portrayed as premium hospital and attract not only locals but also expats….please maintain the good quality of customer service by retaining the staff and improve the food meals options to the customers.

I've been a regular patient at Parkcity Medical Center since 2016. All my kids are under specialists at this hospital (kudos to Dr. Salehudin for taking good care of my kids). As time passes and as I age, I need various specialists' care, and I have no second thoughts about which hospital to choose. It will always be PMC. I was admitted last week (again), and I would like to convey my gratitude to Dr. Cheah Pooi Pooi, Dr. Loo, Dr. Kesumawati, physio therapists, and the nurses at 6A for their great care. Thanks to Tasha, who checked on me before I was discharged. Keep up the good work.

My girls have been coming to the pediatric clinic since they were babies. Now, at 11 and 10 years old, we are still here whenever they are unwell. The nurses are very helpful and welcoming. Thank you, Kamariah, Rachel, Dina and our favorite doctor, Dr. Salehuddin.
