This month (April), I was diagnosed with Lung Infection. Quite a worrying experience because I’ve never experience this tough cough, but Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly under the care of Dr. Dinesh Ganeswaran. Dr. Dinesh is a very kind, attentive, and professional doctor. He explained everything clearly about the condition and treatment, which really reassured me during a stressful time. I would also like to sincerely thank all the nurses and staff. They were extremely caring, patient, and helpful throughout our stay. Special appreciation to the nurses who patiently gave the nebulizer treatment (mind you it was every 2 hours 🙂‍↕️) without ever showing tiredness — it truly meant a lot to me. The ward was always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Thank you so much BTMC for the excellent care and a truly comforting experience. Highly recommended! 🩷
