The services from staff up to Doctors (Dato Dr Badrul, Dr Fadhil, and Dr Lee) are superb. Thanks to all of them. The explanation given is concise and clear. Alhamdulillah, the surgery procedure was well. The facilities in the room are also good. The menu of the food is too many to choose but most importantly the food served is good. Fully recommended hospital to anyone who wants to see Orthopaedic Specialist.

On the 8th of December, 2025, I underwent endoscopic spine surgery. From start to finish, my experience was marked by profound professionalism, skill, and heartfelt compassion. I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks specifically to my dear friend and consultant spine surgeon, Dr. Wong Chung Chek, whose remarkable skill and experience were pivotal. I am also immensely grateful to consultant anesthetist Dr. Mohamad Fadhil and Dr. Lim Siu Min for their expertise. Their combined efforts resulted in a surgery that was swift, accurate, and with a near-zero pain score, for which I am truly thankful. My gratitude extends beyond the operating theatre. The nursing team of Ward 8 and the Operating Theatre led by your CNO were simply superb. They were extremely courteous, polite, and friendly, creating a warm and reassuring environment. At the same time, they demonstrated an unwavering commitment to patient safety by meticulously adhering to protocols such as fall prevention, two-patient identifiers, and the sign-in/time-out processes. Their diligence was both impressive and comforting. I would also like to acknowledge the excellent allied health professionals who played a crucial role in my recovery, namely the pharmacist and physiotherapist. Their guidance and support were invaluable. Furthermore, the seamless administrative process deserves recognition. The Business Office team managed the admission and discharge processes with great efficiency, ensuring everything was prearranged nicely, allowing me to focus entirely on my health without any added stress. In conclusion, every single individual I encountered at ALTY Hospital contributed to a positive and healing experience. You have a truly world-class team, and I feel fortunate to have been under your care. I was admitted to ALTY on 9th Dec 2025 before noon and discharched on 12th Dec 2025 in the afternoon. My stay in ALTY was excellant, Professor Dr. Azhar Mahmood Merican that handled my surgery was fantastic, Dr. Fadhil my anaesthologis was very attentive and addressed all my worries of pain before going for surgery, nurses Tasha & Sara you are models for "Service with a Smile" which just lights up my day, Nicholson thanks for your humble service, Shanti my Physiotherapist thanks for your attentive and patient coaching and last but not least (sorry i cam't remember your names but you know who you are during my stay in ALTY) the nurses that took turns to attend to me day and night and the kitchen staff that served up good and nutritious meals for me that was just the "Icing on the cake" for my wanderful stay in ALTY.
