Excellent hospital. Every doctor and nurse is very responsible and provides attentive care. Especially Dr. Rukmanikanthan, the attending orthopedic surgeon, for his daily visits, comfort, and reassurance. Also, Wound Nurse Noor Haryanti who specifically helped me with my wound care, and the 5F staff, especially Hafiz, Shiera, Samatha, Rashini, Kak Kiara, and Aini. 🧡💛 They made me feel warm and cared for even while in the hospital.

As an expat living in Malaysia for more than 14 years I can strongly recommend PCMC to locals & medical tourists from overseas looking for professional, highly trained & extremely competent Doctors, surgeons & staff – across the board. In my opinion the professionalism of all the staff, food & facilities are 2nd to none. I found PCMC to be far better than other 'private' medical centres in Kuala Lumpur. I had a complete dislocation of my ankle & double fracture requiring surgery and immediate admission. My admission was done professionally and very fast by the wonderful Dr Shyamala Rao. My surgery, which was excellent & resulted in my speedy recovery, which is what counts, was performed by Dr. Rukmanikanthan Orthopaedic Surgeon, a good man and amazing Doctor. Always on-time & very friendly, he clearly defines what he is going to do, how he’s going to do it and what you need to do to recover faster. The registration (post-surgery) is fast and efficient, little to no waiting time. The staff, in all areas are simply amazing. The Doctors, unlike so many other ‘private’ medical centres, actually listen & are always punctual (I was never kept waiting!). The payment is swift, with total waiting times less than 10 minutes, which is ridiculous compared to the hours one spends waiting at other medical centres just to pay a small bill for a check-up. Plenty of parking, with valet available (RM 25 for a whole day), full restaurant downstairs, café’s and convenience stores inside, you could live there for a month no problem. Compared to my previous experiences at other ‘private’ medical centres in Kuala Lumpur, where Doctors are late, don’t even bother to examine you, charge you stupid amounts for doing nothing with zero parking, I will never use another medical centre again, only PCMC.

Did my ankle surgery here with Dr Rumanikanthan, warded in 5H. I'm getting recover well under great hand of Dr Rumanikanthan. He is very professional and explain everything clearly regarding my condition. Thank you to Dr Zanapiah, that helps me alot and make sure I'm fit for my surgery. He is also very professional, and I'm recovering under his great hand. Love the staff nurse, they are so helpful and friendly. They are so caring and professional. Thank you to Hakim, Maslina, Zalina, Hidayah, Elizabeth, Puteri Adisti, Hajar Salbiah, Isna, Visha, Sakinah, Hasib, Tay, Shereen, Kasturi, Ika. Theirs compassion for taking care of every life is remarkable. I'm so lucky that I have them during my hard time. I apologize if I had did wrong to you guys accidentally. Thank you for other's staff that make efforts towards patients especially during this pandemic. You guys are awesome! Foods are more choices according to individual condition. Nice food! I had my bunion surgery on Dec 12 with Dr Rukmanikanthan Shanmugam. The surgery went very well and I was able to walk the day after surgery and feeling no pain at all! Had I known it would be this easy, I would have done it many years ago:) . I would especially like to thank Dr Kanthan for fixing my bunion and the medical staffs for their excellent care during my stay in the hospital. I would highly recommend Dr Kanthan for anyone who would like to fix their bunion problems 👍👍👍
