I underwent gallbladder stone removal surgery at Sunway Medical Centre, and my doctor was DR LEOW. I was admitted on 11/05 and discharged on 15/05. The service from the doctors and nurses here was excellent. I stayed in a ward on the 7th floor. SRN PRIYA, SRN HIDAYAH, PCA ATIQAH, PCA SOFIA, SRN DANIEL, and PORTER KHAI. I am extremely grateful to these individuals. During my hospitalization, my wife, who is disabled and undergoing chemotherapy for cancer, had to travel back and forth to the hospital to care for me. Throughout this time, the nurses mentioned above consistently helped my wife when they saw her carrying things, and they also inquired if she was feeling unwell. My wife had just completed chemotherapy a few days prior and was feeling unwell and very tired, but she kept coming to the hospital to take care of me. Therefore, I highly recommend these individuals to the hospital administration for their excellent service, which is truly commendable. However, I have one complaint regarding the security guard at the entrance. As my wife is disabled, she requested to park in the disabled parking bay. However, the security guard repeatedly caused her difficulties and seemed to ignore her situation. During my five-day stay, for two or three of those days when this particular security guard was on duty, he consistently made things difficult for my wife. The security guard is of short to medium height and slender build. I am very disappointed with this security guard's attitude. In such a high-class and reputable hospital, it is unacceptable to have a security guard treat a patient's family member with such an attitude.

Dr. Leow is a very friendly, kind-hearted doctor who always provided encouragement throughout my treatment. Her empathetic demeanor made me feel calm and confident at every step. I still need to undergo follow-up until I fully recover, but with the doctor's guidance and care, I am confident this journey will continue to be made easier. My experience was elective surgery admission. From admission and pre-op investigations, in-patient stay, dining and reviews by the doctors until the discharge- everything was superb and efficient. I would like to provide my utmost thanks to Dr Leow and the staff that cared for me during the stay. They are quite attentive to my needs. Admission process by Mr Afiq was smooth. I would like to compliment radiology staff Mr Afiq for the scan and the clear instructions given to me during my process. The ot staff, Dr Leow and Dr Chan for taking care of me during my operation. The nurses are very attentive to my needs and my medication are prepared quickly once dr Leow has clear me for discharge. I am pleasantly happy with the treatment here. Thank you.
