Overall, my experience was truly excellent from emergency till discharge. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Chang Kök Chun, Dr. Kanesh Kumar, Dr. Lim Kim Piow, Dr. Rashidah, and all the other doctors who took care of me. Their dedication and expertise helped bring me through a very critical period, and I am deeply grateful. A special thank you to all the wonderful nurses at HDU and Ward 9A. They are truly angels who care deeply for their patients. I can only remember a few names—Gina, Jumariana, Vimala, Chong, and Chin—and I sincerely apologize if I have missed anyone or misspelled names. Every one of them deserves recognition for their compassion and outstanding service. I would salute all the nurses at Ward 9A & HDU. The nurses all provides excellent service. Another gem is wound care nurse Pn Aimi. She brings such positive energy and always gives her patients confidence. Her work is exceptional—she handles wound care with great skill, care, and attention. She also provides helpful advice and creates a calm, reassuring environment for her patients. As patients, we truly need people like her who uplift us and help us feel confident during recovery.she deserves recognition for her compassion and outstanding service. 6 star for her. Sunway hospital has the best Dr and staff. But disappointed with portal service, whereby I need to wait for more than 20 minutes above to bring me up for dressing. May be this portal service should be improved more and be efficient. May be waiting time can be 5-10 minutes. I would also like to highlight my experience with the registration and cashier staff at Level 7, Tower B, specifically Ms. Devananthinya. As a front-line staff member, it is important to demonstrate good customer service, including being approachable, maintaining a pleasant demeanor, and communicating positively with patients. Unfortunately, I felt that she did not show much interest in assisting patients during my visit. That said, I would like to acknowledge that the other staff members in the department are doing a good job, and I appreciate their efforts. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively and that service standards in this area can be further improved.

Dr. Chang Kok Chun is an excellent and very professional spine doctor with strong diagnostic skills. He was able to quickly identify my problem. Jeff is a rehab physiotherapist who meticulously guided me on the correct operational methods. Ah Soong is my second rehab physiotherapist. His careful and diligent attitude was of great help to me. He patiently explained and analyzed my issues and how to resolve them. I highly recommend this hospital. Not only this department, but also pediatrics and gynecology are excellent. For gynecology, you can consult Dr. Wong Yen Shi. For pediatrics, you can consult Dr. Chew Bee Bee. The wards are also very comfortable, and the nurses are good too 👍. The ward I stayed in was a deluxe room, which was clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Good location to my home. Clean and modern facilities. Hospital food was pleasantly acceptable. All staff was friendly, courteous, and responsive. Thank you Dr. Chang Kok Chun for treating me and solving my issue.

This is my husband's second time having surgery at this hospital, and I have to say the service gets better each time. Dr Chang Kok Chun is very professional, competent, and truly responsible. He takes the time to explain everything in detail, which makes us feel reassured and confident in their care. Meanwhile, the hospital has optimized the entire inpatient and discharge process, making it more efficient and smoother for patients. We are very grateful for the care they provide. Thank you!

Been admitted due to both leg infection. Lucky been treated well by Dr Lim & Dr Chang n his team especially nurse Aini. She helpful , explain how to care the wound. Give me positive advice n don't give up.Nurse at station 9B all caring n helpful. Really thanks them while I'm in ward taking care me.
