I am very satisfied with the service at KPJ Selangor, Shah Alam. From beginning to end, all staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Millions of heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sujatha Narayanan (the specialist who managed my surgery) and her assistant, Miss Vijaya, who were very kind, attentive, and provided clear explanations. The service provided was very satisfactory and made the patient feel valued. Thank you to the nurses in the Treatment Room Level 2, especially Intan, who frequently cleaned my wound very well and was very patient, gentle, and meticulous while treating me. Not to forget Ira and Uliya who also cleaned my wound at times. They provided a lot of reassurance and comfort throughout my treatment. Also, not to forget the specialist doctors and all the nurses (including Syafika & Ima) in Ward 2A who took care of me with full dedication throughout my admission and surgery from April 14, 2026, to April 17, 2026. The care provided was excellent and greatly appreciated. Thank you also to Sis Zohaini (cashier) who handled my billing matters very well every day. Her smile never faltered, and the service provided was very courteous and friendly 👍🏻👍🏻. May KPJ Selangor continue to progress and maintain its excellent service quality. Highly recommended.
