First i came in as a patient and now I'm an ordinary human again after being threat with such a lovely warmth treatment and highly certified doctors and its associates. Kudos to Prof Shahrudin the doctor behind my successful surgeon, Miss Lina the medical administrator, Ms NURSE INTAN FARHANA OPD, Ms Zohaini the cashier at level 2 OPD and all the unknown superheroes who are the backbones of this hospital's operations. My stay in Ward 4B Room 453(6–10 December) was marked by kindness and attentive care. The nursing team consistently treated me with dignity, patience, and empathy. I also wish to thank Prof. Dato’ Dr. Shahrudin for his steady reassurance and skillful hands. I left the ward feeling cared for as a patient and respected as a person.
