During a recent visit to Pantai Hospital Klang on the 11th of September, I accompanied my Uncle Mr Govindasamy Maryappan who was involved in a Motor Vehicular Accident. He was immediately attended by Dr Siow Cheuk Wei accompanied by his excellent nursing Team. Thank you doctor for your patience, professionalism, hard work, and commitment to excellent medical care. All of the nurses in the Accident and Emergency Department were also absolutely fantastic in their bedside manner and professionalism. Thank you so much for being extra careful about his health condition and general well-being. Throughout his treatment in the Accident and Emergency Department I had no doubt he was in competent and caring hands. I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to Dr Nachappan Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon on call that day for the care and support you have provided. Your commitment to your patients is truly admirable. Kudos to Pantai Hospital Klang and Management Team for getting everything right all the way from the process of Registration, Triaging, Treatment and Discharge and delivering the care as per their Mission to continously raise the bar in clinical, operational and service excellence.
