My comments to all the nurses & staff in ward 9: Thank you so much for taking care of my mother for 1 month in the Single Deluxe ward. There were shortcomings (normal human things) but they were covered by the hard work of the nurses & staff who took care of my mother. The sister visited my mother every morning. She was really caring. The nurse who was called mama, Nurse Gitah, Nurse Nola...there were many of them. All of them were the BEST. I want to mention the staff, sorry I forgot their names. For the Doctors: Dato' Dr. Ravih, Dr. Lee, Dato' Dr. Param, Dr. Yuga, Dr. Nik, Dr. Uduman & the Drs. in the ICU (dialysis) department, Dr. in the X-Ray and imaging department, Dr. in the blood analysis department, Dr. anesthesia & many more whose names I don't know, thank you so much for your efforts handling my mom's case. I'm really thankful to all of you Dr. For the physio section To Hairi & her friends, thank you very much for doing physio for my mother every day even though sometimes it doesn't happen because my mother is weak after dialysis. Physiotherapy services have saved my mother from having to stay in the hospital for a month. For the ICU-Dialysis section Thank you to all the nurses & staff who helped manage my mother during dialysis. For the Dieticians: Thank you very much for taking care of my mother's diet & mine too. All the nutritional advice is the best. For the kitchen/catering section: Although I have heard people complain that the food is not delicious because there is no steak, but the food they provide is VERY OK. Although sometimes salty (for me), it's normal. Nasi lemak, nadi goreng, soto, ehhh all delicious. Thank you also for accommodating my request to blend my mother's food. Really appreciate that. For my sister & Mr. cleaning: Thank you for always coming to clean the trash. Coming every morning to sweep, mop the floor and clean the toilet. Thank you. I really appreciate it. For the registration & bill payment section: En. Yusri and a few of his friends helped me a lot in managing the registration & payment. Thank you for making all the arrangements easier & accommodating my requests For the pharmacy section: All the female staff I dealt with. Thank you for accommodating my request regarding Nepro milk for my mother. I really appreciate it. Thank you For the sisters in red uniforms: Sorry I don't know your names. Thank you for helping me with my wheelchair when I was on the ground floor for billing etc. And for everyone who helped me & my mother directly or indirectly throughout our stay in Putra. Thank you.
