Before my surgery, he clearly explained my condition and how the procedure would be performed. After the surgery, he patiently visited my room daily to check on my injury and progress. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I am grateful to my anesthesiologist, Mr. Anuar. Before the anesthesia, he explained the procedure and reminded me not to be nervous, even though I was calm at the time. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I am grateful to the medical staff here. Due to an accidental leg injury, I was unable to care for myself. Every time I needed assistance, I pressed the call button, and regardless of the time, they tirelessly came to help me. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I am grateful to all the medical staff for their patient assistance and encouragement during my rehabilitation. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Additionally, I want to thank the kitchen staff who worked hard every day to prepare meals for the patients here. 🙏🙏🙏 The meals here are different every day. You can also order your meals for the next day from their prepared menu according to your personal needs, which helps them prepare and deliver your meals on time. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Finally, I am also very grateful to the cleaning staff who came to clean my room every day, ensuring it remained clean and comfortable. In conclusion, I am truly grateful for the meticulous care and concern from all the staff here, which made me feel less like a stranger and helpless. I’m warded due to heavy bleeding and undergo OT procedure with gynae Dr Hajjah Nik Azi and anesthetist Dr Anuar. Both of them very soft and explain in the details the process that day. All nurses at Sephora ward very profesional and helpful. Since I’m alone without guardion, they patiently take care of me. Big thanks to all KPJ Kluang stafs for your excellent sevice.
