Had my ACL and meniscus surgery here with Dr. Muhammad Hafiz Daud, and I can't recommend him enough. He's a gem of a person, kind, professional, and accommodating. Before the surgery he took the time to explain everything in detail, what to expect and how long recovery would take. During and after the procedure he visited often to monitor my progress. His professionalism and genuine care left a real impression. The rest of the staff matched that standard. Every person I interacted with, including the nurses, support staff, porters, admission office, and international visitors center, was helpful and professional throughout my stay. I also spent about two weeks in rehab, which was state of the art with a great team. My physio, Kaylyn, was especially knowledgeable and thoughtful, and made the recovery process feel manageable. Overall it was a genuinely excellent experience from surgery through rehab.

The service has been excellent from the very beginning, especially the smooth admission process which made everything feel organised and reassuring. A special appreciation to my physiotherapists, Izyan and Segar, who have been incredibly supportive and patient in guiding my movements and helping me regain my strength step by step. Your support and efficiency truly made things much easier for them during this time. My husband was warded here due to acl injury. Operation was did by Dr Hafiz and it went well. Nurses & physio assistant are very kind and helpful. All food provided with a few menus which can be selected by patient a day before. Was given a single room,at level 2,room 63. The room was clean and can accomodate space for caregiver.

I had knee surgery at Columbia Asia Cheras, ward MD3. I was really scared at first, but Dr. Hafiz made me feel calm. He’s very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which helped me a lot. The nurses were also very kind, especially the night nurse. She was really caring and made sure I didn’t take any medicine that made me feel nauseated. The room was also nice and comfortable, which made my stay even better. Overall, I had a great experience. Thank you Dr. Hafiz and all the staff for the good care!
