My first experience warded here. Such a pleasant stay. Thanx to all nurses & Dr farid for nice treatment & hospitality. I stay here from 27/2-3/3 level 14. From Mri to minor operation & fisio..everything is just great.

Thank you to the staff who provided great assistance to my parents during the health screening. They were very attentive, patient, and clear in their explanations. Special thanks to Clinic Assistant Neesa, Dr. Faridah, Dr. Sarah, and all those involved.

This is my third consecutive year doing my health screening here. The main reason I keep returning is the consultant (Dr Faridah) — consistently professional, attentive, and reassuring. The hospital is also conveniently located near my home, and the complimentary meals and gifts are a nice bonus. Big plus point to the Health Screening Department staff — polite, attentive, and helpful throughout the process. Kudos to Dr Faridah, Casandra, Dr Sarah, Neesa, Bizura, Hilmi, Anne, and Khausi for their excellent service. A few areas for improvement: the air-conditioning was extremely cold, so clients should be advised to bring thicker clothing. I had requested a male doctor for ultrasound but was not informed in advance that this was unavailable. Also, since the screening was under a Guarantee Letter (GL), it felt unnecessary to be asked to submit documents to billing at the end. Lastly, the water dispenser needs fixing. Considering the cost of medical examinations, upgrading to a proper coffee machine could also help enhance the hospital’s overall professional image. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement.

Today I visited the MSU medical center for the checkup and it was really good experience dealing with professional team. Sister Casandra tooked the blood test without any pain and she was very professional and dealing with me and talking with me so I didnt feel that she already finished taking the blood. Also, Dr.Faridah and Sarah was excellent on thier job. Thanks MSU medical center for the good selection of the team.
