Dear Pantai Klang, I was overwhelmed by the service which was provided by the front counter and the basic checking counter. They ask me few times to provide me with wheelchair and patients bring me to the clinic. Even after i done all my check ups, they even help for me to get into the car. They have the best services and even after few visit the services doesn't change. The food at the foodcourt was so delicious and was up to dietician food. I went to meet Dr Sia for my ankle sprain injury. The doctor takes time to really listen to our issue and explain to me on the procedure and medication. The doctor was so polite when answering all my doubt and questions without hesitation. I was so scared to do MRI test. The doctor patiently explains on the procedure and assure me and the process went well. I really would like to thank Dr Sia my injury is recovering. The nurse name Victoria assisted me well and help me to push the wheel chair. She even took extra effort to bring me the letter to the pharmacy since i couldn't walk much. She is being so polite when calling our name and even when we ask her questions, she explain to me nicely. She is really being so helpful.

I’ve been admitted for my L2/L3 fracture under Dr.Sia. his assistant Victoria has been really helpful and nice since the day I walked into the hospital.
