Getting my appointment was so hassle free and convenient, which I truly appreciate. The clinic setting was clean, quiet and comfortable, so I didn't mind the hour-long wait or so to see the doctor (and the delay was to be expected, there were quite a few patients that Monday morning I went). Even the attendant nurse was very helpful in guiding me on how to register as a first time comer. Dr Ryan listened to me without judgment, was very kind and gentle. We had a thorough discussion about my options where he answered all my many questions and explained the side effects and shared why he recommended a particular drug over others, based on my needs and concerns. I came in feeling unsure, and ended up feeling validated, comfortable and reassured. I've been taking the medication for nearly two weeks now and happy to say it works wonders. I only wish I had come in to see him sooner!
