Heart-felt appreciation to the emergency team esp Dr. Nermit Singh and cardio team led by Dr Ng for saving my life during hari raya, ICU staff nurse Kak Wahida and Kak Rubini for all the care and wisdom shared, and all staff of level 9 ward comfort level very high and prompt care and service. Would definitely recommend family and friends to this superb medical provider, very top notch! Dr Ng has been an excellent cardiologist, angioplasty procedure carried out smoothly with almost zero pain, empathy and humble, answered every questions patiently and comprehensively, we need to have more medical practioners like him in Malaysia!

Recently I had angioplasty operation by Dr Ng in the hospital. Thank you very much to the doctor, the staff and the hospital. The nursing staff at the icu ward was very friendly, considerate, helpful n professional. Sori I can't mention their names individually but all r very good. Dr Ng is also friendly n he had done his job professionally. Everything is good about the hospital except the cost of operation is high! Again I thank all of u for a good job u have done.

My father also received excellent post-surgery care and support from the nursing staff—Fasheha, Masyitah, Shalini, and Nabiha—whose attentiveness and compassion made a great difference in his recovery.
