In general, service provisions in terms of medical services and treatment, staffs and technical expertise, as well as the facility is top notch. The post-assessment consultation by Dr.Khoo, altogether with the commitment by all staff nurses and physiotherapist was great and was done in professional way. I'm satisfied with the management services while I was admitted to this hospital. Plus, much thanks to Miss Marisa from Customer Services Department who had give me well-brief explanation on KPJ Cares online apps; great and handy-user apps that could ease matters related to the user, especially billing reports and treatment records. One thing that KPJ could possibly improve is on the waiting time for ward admission. Understood that there was a room capacity at certain peak duration however this should not been used as the challenge that caused the patient had to wait for almost half-day, and I believe the management can do way better and more efficient in handling such conditions. Overall, all good.

Being warded and under the care of Dr Khoo for my left patella fracture. So far the facilities is comfortable and all the nurses and doctor here is very good.

After diagnosis Dr Khoo explain clearly and answer all the question from us patiently. Really like this doctor very much.
