I had a very good experience throughout my pregnancy journey with Dr Ann and the nurses, Shukuna and Shammini. Dr Ann has always been professional, patient, caring, and reassuring during every consultation. She took the time to explain things clearly, answer my questions patiently, and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire pregnancy. Her calm and experienced approach really gave me confidence during this important period. I would also like to sincerely thank Shukuna and Shammini for their kindness, helpfulness, and excellent service. They were always friendly, attentive, and professional, making every visit smooth and pleasant. Their patience and warm attitude truly made a difference. I recently had my second C-section at Sunway Medical Centre Penang, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Ann Teoh Ai Yean and Dr. Teoh Jui Chang for making my delivery experience such a positive and memorable one. ❤️ Dr. Ann has been wonderful throughout my pregnancy journey. I felt reassured knowing that I was under her care, and I’m truly thankful to her for safely delivering my baby girl. ❤️ A very special thank you as well to my anaesthesiologist, Dr. Teoh Jui Chang. Before the procedure, he took the time to explain the spinal anaesthesia, epidural, and what I could expect during the C-section, which helped me feel more prepared and reassured. During the surgery, I was fully awake because of the spinal anaesthesia. Dr. Teoh was incredibly calm, friendly, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. He kept talking to me, checking that I was comfortable, and even offered to play some music in the OT to help me relax. His friendly and positive approach really made a difference and helped ease my nervousness. Thank you, Dr. Ann, Dr. Teoh, and the entire team for taking such good care of both mummy and baby. I’m truly grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and care shown throughout my delivery. ❤️🙏

Good service, quite fast without long queue, systematic. Dr Ann is professional detail in monthly scan and giving great pergrancy advice. Nurse Skukuna and Shammini are very friendly and helpful during every visit.

this is my 2nd time delivered with Dr Ann. all was great because all midwife really help me. staff at 5A ward treat me good and answer when I need any help. not forgetting lactation nurse give me advice and help me on breastfeed. rehab Ms yun also provide me detailed explanation. thank you sunway!
