I went to the A&E on Sunday with a bad flu and infection and was treated by Dr Wong. He was an excellent Dr, who meticulously took down details of my (very complicated) medical history and medications and took time to explain clearly what was going on and how we would treat me. Some time ago, I brought my friend there for a badly infected thumb and Dr Wong attended to her too, and she too was very impressed with him. Actually, all the staff we encountered at the hospital, from the nurses to the cashier and pharmacist and not forgetting the parking attendant were really helpful; so thanks to them and a special thanks to Dr Wong. We used to go to TDMC many years ago but were not very impressed and stopped going for many years. We’re very glad it has improved so much now and we will definitely return if we need medical attention 😃

Came here to check when I had yet another fever in a span of a week. Doctor Wong promptly identified what was wrong, and I was then admitted. Throughout being warded, nurses regularly came to tend to me, and Dr Lavanya regularly checked in on me and explained diagnosis and recovery process. In two days was discharged and feeling much better now. In my follow up appointment, Nurse Sya took my blood sample gently and efficiently. Thank you👍

I was admitted to TDMC on 18th July 2025 due to appendicitis. The emergency team was very professional, and Dr. Hafizzuddin diagnosed me with appendicitis. I was then admitted to the general ward under the care of Dato’ Fahmi. Dato’ Fahmi performed my surgery successfully. He was calm, confident, and reassuring throughout the entire process. His clear explanation and genuine concern made me feel safe and well taken care of. I am truly grateful to have been under his care. A big shoutout to the OT (Operating Theatre) team as well — your efficiency, teamwork, and calm handling during the surgery made all the difference. Thank you for playing such a crucial role behind the scenes and ensuring everything went smoothly. Without all of you, the operation wouldn’t have been possible! A heartfelt thank you to all the nurses and PCAs in the general ward. Your kindness, patience, and attentiveness truly made my recovery journey much easier and more comfortable. I deeply appreciate how you went above and beyond to support me during my most vulnerable moments. Special thanks to Dr. Raja (Anaesthetist) for consistently reviewing my condition after the operation and ensuring my recovery was progressing well. Your follow-up care truly made me feel safe and supported. Deepest thanks to Dr. Wong and Dr. Hafiz for always checking on my condition in the ward, especially during the nights and whenever I needed help. Your dedication, warmth, and presence truly meant a lot to me.

The pediatrician, Dr Wong was very gentle drawing blood for my son with autism. For a child who doesnt like stranger’s touch and can’t stop moving, he barely flinched when the needle went into his hand and was able to lie still for 3 full vials of blood drawn. Precision and skills, bravo Dr Wong!
