Great services. High professionalism from the support staff, nursing staff to the specialist. I saw Dr Sudarshan, assisted by his nurse Ms Uma. Also great services by the staff in scope room eg Shamla, Kiang, Diana & Azha. Dr Chong the anaethetician is a great doctor too.

I was admitted on Saturday, 9th August 2025 in Room 61 and underwent a knee procedure a couple of days later. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the professional medical care that I received. Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Michael was excellent in his treatment and the painless procedure done on me. Anesthesiologist Dr. Chong and the OT staff made me feel so comfortable on the table. The ward nursing staff was kind, polite and caring especially after my procedure. Finally, kudos to Ms. Sangeetha for the great physiotherapy team she has in place. The one drawback that I had experienced was that my fellow patient in the same room was a little inconsiderate. He had so many visitors coming continuously and at times it numbered about 12 that included little children. They were there from evening until 10pm. The visitors also brought their own food to eat in the room as a family which I think is ridiculous and the noise made it impossible for any patient recuperating to get the rest he needs. Doesn’t the management have any kind of control or SOP to manage this kind of situations and limiting the number of visitors? The comfort and recovery of every patient must be the priority, and socializing should be kept out of the hospital.

This is was my first time staying in hospital, unluckily my symptom is very serious and bad need to take a big operation and staying in ICU. But luckily Dr.Buven (my operation dr) , Dr.Chong (Anesthesiologist) and Dr.Zul they’re so so professional, they healed me, even until the next day I still didn’t feel any pain and uncomfortable to my wound. Not only that I also really appreciate the ICU nurse which is SN kalaruby, SN Letchumy, SN Sasikala, SN Lina Loh and SSN Vikneswari. They are so take care and concern to me. Lastly, is the physio staff Mr. Sandeep he is helping me to do breathing exercises, always concern to me and asked me did I feel any uncomfortable. This is was my first experience stay in the hospital and very thankful them to make me brave and feel better.
