The doctors at this hospital are really good. Unfortunately, the service at this hospital is really bad. 1. The clinic attendants are not managing the patients expectations when waiting for their turn to consult the doctor. Patients have to walk up many times to ask, when is their turn to consult the doctor, ect. Even if you make an appointment, you will not be able to meet the doctor at the appointment time schedule. You will end up waiting like a normal walk in patient. 2. This hospital is not well prepared to handle high volume of walk in patient. Don't ever make an appointment on Saturday. Their excuse will be high number of patients and lot of staffs are on leave. Silly reasons. If you know Saturdays have high walk in, why approve so many staffs on leave. Seriously don't know how to manage their workforce operations. 3. The pharmacy is even worse. They are not organised when there is a lot of patients waiting. Example, if you at the pharmacy at 11am waiting for your medication, and another patient comes over at 1130am to also collect their medicines, they will give the patient that came at 1130am their medication first, instead of you who was there earlier. If you walk up and ask them why, they will tell you sorry and will suddenly give your medication at that time. So better monitor when at the pharmacy and don't just sit and wait because you will be forgotten. Sharing my experience. Not something you will expect from a private hospital that charges premium price. They should learn from Sunway Medical Centre. Very well managed ................................................................................ Updated on 20-3-2025 I am changing my rating from 1 star to 5 star. - The service quality has improved a lot in this hospital after my last visit 10 months ago from the triage section, GL processing and treatment. - Nurses are very efficient and they really take good care of you. - I was very fortunate to have been treated by Dr. Kumareson Nallusamy (General Surgeon). He was very helpful and showed a lot of care and concern when treating me. I really appreciated him a lot and his professional service from the bottom of my heart.
