I akways have sensitive skin, and I am a regular here at Dr Bong Jan Ling's clinic. She is extremely patient and listen to my skin problem attentively. I can literally count on her prescription. The nurse, Prema is also super helpful and friendly whenever I need some clarification as SMC changes its procedures and processes from time to time. They also have many "ASK ME“ stations within SMC area as the directory can be confusing and I always think that SMC is like a maze. Ever since SMC implemented the ticketing system with instant status update by simply scanning the QR quote, this is super helpful for patients.

My recent visits is to seek treatment from Dr Bong Jan Ling a renowned dermatologist whom I can't speak highly enough. Very caring and concerned for her patients with excellent bedside manners. Overall dr bong is very clear in her diagnosis and is able to provide all of the necessary information for patients to make an informed decision. Prima is also very soft spoken, helpful and has a pleasant personality
