Wonderful staff, amazing service, very caring and kind. All through my cancer journey, specially the radiation therapy sessions, the amazing staff at the cancer and radiosurgery centre helped me alot. The friendly and kind service givers helped me so much. A huge thank you to Dr.Aqilah and her nurse, Balvin for taking such good care of me and always being available. Thank you.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire Sunway Oncology team, especially Dr. Aqilah, Balvin, and Nini, for their wonderful care and support throughout my ovarian cancer treatment. Dr. Aqilah is a gentle, patient, and compassionate doctor. She speaks fluent Cantonese, which made communication much easier and helped me feel more comfortable and reassured throughout the treatment journey. She is always willing to listen and answer my questions patiently, making me feel that my concerns are genuinely heard. Dr. Aqilah is truly a doctor I can trust and entrust my care to. A special thank you to Balvin and Nini as well for their professionalism, kindness, and assistance. They were always helpful and made the whole process smooth and well organised. When I was first diagnosed with cancer, I felt very hopeless and scared for myself and my family. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Aqilah and Sunway Medical Centre for detecting my tumor early, giving me hope for treatment and recovery. I am still on my recovery journey, and I truly hope to stay strong and get through this.

Dr. Aqilah always meet her patient with a smiling face and cheerful conversation that boost the morale of the patient. Dr. Aqilah is very patient in addressing my doubts and questions. She displayed exceptional care and patience at the counter, trying her best to help n adjust my "waiting time" as I had to juggle between Clinic and the Radiotherapy Unit. Each n everyone of you,be it at the registration counter or in the radiotherapy room, all showered me with remarkable care, helpful, smiling and trying to ease our " uneasy tension"with light conversations. A VERY BIG THANK YOU to ALL of you. 5 ⭐ to the Radiotherapy Unit. My humble suggestion to the oncologist registration: Please consider "specific appointment time" for those living far away . They might face time , transport, lodging or carer constraints. Thank you.
