From the very first consultation to her post-surgery recovery, Dr. Nicholas has showed his calm and friendly demeanor where help to put both her and our family at ease. Dr. Nicholas patiently explained every step of the procedure and answered our questions with such clarity and reassurance. We are also deeply grateful to the nurses and staffs who supported her during her stay—they were attentive, kind, and professional throughout.
