When I was referred to Doctor Ballan Kannan on Oct 2025, the doctor did very thorough examinations which resulted in a diagnosis of stage 2 colorectal cancer. Doctor Ballan was very informative and provided a wealth of advise, dietary suggestions, treatment & surgery options for my condition. The doctors knowledge and professionalism calmed my fears. As expected, I was initially in shock at the diagnosis. Doctor Ballan took me through the steps of treatment needed, he ensured I received the best care and medical services and has supported me throughout the life changing diagnosis. I am truly grateful to have him as the doctor attending to my condition. Just recently, Doctor Ballan informed me I had achieved a full clinical response and the cancer was in remission. Additionally, his clinics front desk staff Ms Jancinta makes me feel so welcome, she is extremly well-versed in her job, attending to all patients with respect and dignity. She always provides support and information in detail. As patients, we often go to a hospital or clinic because of a particular doctor.
