I was admitted through emergency at 3am, the process is smooth and fast. I was attended almost immediately. The medical tests and scans are swiftly, except the one that need to wait for turns. During my 5d4n stay, I was treated kindly and warmly by all the attending nurses, staffs, and medical personnels. Meals are punctual and selection is easy. They did daily room cleaning and changing bed sheet. Special thanks to Dr.SIVAPRAGASAM A/L S.VACHIRAVEL, the Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon, and Dr. Muhammad Zohdy Bin Musa, the Consultant Anesthesiologist. They are not just good looking and friendly, they are also professional and dedicated. They have been constantly checking on me and make extra efforts to study my past medical records carefully before deciding the procedures catering to my medical needs. They cooperated to perform sleep procedure for endoscopy (+ polyps removal) and colonoscopy, and also GA for Laser Haemorrhoidoplasty/LHP surgery for me. The recovery is fast and I feel least pain as compared to what I've been through in the past at other hospitals. After the abdominal CT scan and scope procedures, Dr. Siva even took extra efforts to explain the reports findings to me patiently, listened to my needs, and suggesting solutions to it. Dr. Zohdy too making efforts to constantly checking on me after surgery, and too listened to my needs. Another special thanks to nurses and staffs attending to ward No.82 & No.79 (the rooms I stayed). They are friendly and kind, making my stay here feels comfortable. Love seeing their smiling faces 😊 Thank you all for taking care of me during my stay ❤

My mum was having acute abdomen for 2 weeks and went to several GPs who treated her as gastritis. None of the medication worked. So we decided to bring my mum to ED and was treated promptly by Dr Adil who is so caring and explained her condition very well. Subsequently my mum was seen by Dr Yong who is the surgeon on call. He also arranged for OGDS and colonoscopy and did it without long waiting time. He gave very useful advice for my mum’s condition. Special thanks to radiologist Dr Ng for being such an expert in her field for viewing my mum’s lesions via abdominal ultrasound. Most importantly, my mum had a successful operation under gynae Dr Silvam who was so professional, skillful, friendly, helpful and sincere. My mum was so well after day 1 post op and ready for discharge after 2 days post op. Not forgetting, the cheerful and friendly anaesthetis Dr Zohdy for amazing anaesthesia and pain relief given to my mum. Lastly, the nurses in wards and outpatient departments were so patient and helpful in every request and questions. Thank you the whole team including the ones serving meals, finance, customer service, security guards. Keep up the good work.

Admitted for burst compression fracture of L1. Had PSIF procedure done by Dr Thirumurugan Kurusamy. Young vibrant doctor. He was more confident than I was. Attentive after surgery with visits. To be followed up by him also post op. Dr Zodhi, kind and gentle anaesthetist. Commend all Nurses , PT and staff, especially Nurse Nur Faizatul Najimah who had the good idea of asking her colleague to both help me stand up after surgery. The 2 support made it possible. I would ask Columbia Asia to offer her a scholarship to further her knowledge and qualification in her area of interest. Follow up appointment on 19 Aug. Waited half an hour for our number to be called. That was after checking with them after waiting 25 minutes.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Paisal (Orthopedic Specialist). His explanation about my spine was very clear from the beginning until the end of the operation. Very professional!! Casual!! Fully recommended!! What I liked most was that Dr. Paisal is a very cool person. He explained things in a way that wasn't too 'doctor-like' because we wouldn't understand anyway. So he explained it like talking to a friend, and we understood. That's the most important thing for me! Thank you, Sir!! Truly amazing. To Dr. Zohdy (Anesthesiologist), you are very, very casual and thank you for your service, Sir!! Fully recommended. I felt at ease because of how he explained things before the operation. 'I will do this first... because of this..., then I will do this for you so it won't hurt.' Truly amazing. Thank you again, Doctor. And all the nurses here are very, very friendly, guys!! Even though they are not the same people, they all have the same demeanor, casual, friendly.
