From the attentive staff who provided a wheelchair promptly to Dr. Ken, the nephrologist, who ensures he rounds every session with genuine care, we have felt reassured by the level of support and exceptional customer service we experienced—especially a heartfelt shout out to Ms. Punitha, who assists patients safely to the dialysis center. I want to thank the Entire staffs in Thomson Hospital's Dialysis Centre , Dr Keng Tee Chau (Nephrologist) and Customer Care staffs for the kind and caring assistance I received, including the security guards.
