Having my medical checkup today at Columbia Asia Hospital Batu Kawan. The male registration counter staff were very friendly and surprisingly helpful. Thank you to Health Screening and Dr. Gayathiri for the good explanation. Thank you also to the lab and X-ray departments. Everything was excellent. The food service team, especially Ms. Farah, was also very kind and friendly. The cafeteria food was delicious.

She is so kind and patient. She was incredibly kind and guided me through the entire process. She even helped me when I lost my voucher and made sure I felt comfortable. Radiology: Ms. Ain was very supportive and kind to accompany me for the checks. Dr. Shaun was highly professional, explaining the ultrasound details clearly. Dietary Advice: Ms. Maslissa gave excellent advice on my diet and body composition. Consultation: Dr. Gayathiri wrapped everything up with a very thorough report explanation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth and professional screening.

I came for my influenza vaccine and the whole process was very smooth from registration and screening to the vaccination itself. The staff nurse Normiza was friendly and efficient plus Dr Gayathiri was gentle and professional during the injection. I also appreciated the comfortable resting lounge with complimentary coffee and snacks. Such a thoughtful touch! Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended.

Had a good experience visiting Columbia Hospital Batu Kawan, despite it's newly opened, the customer service is excellent & medical practitioners are professional. Great service & advice from Dr Khor (Ortho), friendly service by Fatin from lab and Dr Shaun too. A very welcoming service at the Health Screening Unit by Normiza, with attentive and professional advice from Dr Gayathiri. Lastly, I had a smooth and pleasant experience at the Physioteraphy unit, served by VK the best & friendly physio!
