I was admitted to KPJ Batu Pahat Specialist Hospital on 10/6/2024 & I had an emergency surgery the same day due to Appendicitis. Thank you so much to everyone from the Emergency Department especially Dr Sheena, Radiology Department, nurses from Ward Ruby, Operation Theatre, Food Service & Cleaner for the excellent services. Also my special thanks to Dr Low Jer Wei, the General Surgeon & my consulting doctor for the best treatment he gave as well as the detailed explanation from the beginning till the follow up. My whole experience of 3 days stay with KPJ Batu Pahat feels good. Definitely the best private hospital in Batu Pahat.

Fast service from the registration staff Danial, ED nurse Hanani & Aishah who are fast and efficient, MO Dr Sheena who is very kind and gentle. The x-ray staff Afifa is good and fast.. A million thanks to Dr Ezrat Bin Samadi, Bone and Joint Specialist who treated my sister and we are very satisfied with the treatment of the Doctor who is very kind, efficient and caring.. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to get treatment for Bone & Joint problems at KPJ Batu Pahat!! Continue your best service everyone!! My child was admitted on 29/9 for 6 days under Dr. Soon's care. The doctor was incredibly kind, provided clear explanations, and gave us plenty of advice and guidance. Truly recommended. To the emergency staff who attended to my child, especially Dr. Sheena, Nurse Fajar, and everyone involved — thank you so much. You were all very kind, and the service was fast and efficient.
