"I recently admitted in Columbia Bukit Jalil Hospital on 5 Dec 2025, due to a sudden asthmatic attack and was impressed by the prompt treatment and excellent service. I'd like to express my gratitude to the staff, particularly Mr. Abraham, the male nurse, for his kindness and care from the emergency room to the ward. Dr. Rohini and Dr. Gayetri provided timely and gentle care, explaining my condition and treatment clearly. Dr. Yogesvaran, the ENT specialist, treated my ears with expertise and minimal discomfort. Not to forget as well Dr Thiagu from Radiology as well, was a very kind and humble Dr. I was at wad 515 B, I could not remember all the nurses name actually, but all was so good and caring nurse. They help me till the end of my stay over there and I feel so comfortable with all the nurses from wad 5th floor. I'm also grateful to my AIA client, Mr Sasi, finance assistant@cafe who showed his support and concern by bringing me breakfast from his cafe. During my discharge from wad process, Ms Sue from finance also too good and cute person till she manage to expedite the process even more faster then expected earlier. Finally Mr Aiman from the farmasi also did a great job and he was very good in giving the explanation on the medication. Overall I would say 10/10 . I highly recommend Columbia Bukit Jalil Hospital for their exceptional care and service. The staff's kindness and professionalism made a wonderful experience and more meaningful."

Came to seek treatment for dengue. I was very well taken care of the moment I stepped into the hospital. I was moved along the process of triage, registration, diagnosis, treatment very quickly. Everything was explained to me very clearly, especially senior nurse Ranveer and ED doctor Dr Marvin who answered all the questions I had. Everyone was there to help and made sure I was doing okay. Very positive experience.

I have admitted recently end of last month for AGE with Haemorroids via ED admission. There were many patients in ED but i was inform prehand to wait a while as they have urgent case to handle before attending to me and i am glad they did. Kudos to Finance Lawrance for constantly updating me on some delays for my admission. ED Nurses and Dr Rohini treated me well and was referred to Dr Gayetri (Physician) and Dr Ruhi (Surgeon). Both the consultant was helpful and treated me well. Stayed in a 2 bedded that was very clean and spacious. Nurses in MD5 were very pleasant and helpful during my 3 days stay. Medication was always served by making sure i was the correct patient which is very assuring that i am getting the right medication. Meals were served warm and the F&B staff were very polite. All meals we ordered via scan on phone which i could change the meals at anytime at their time schedule. The surrounding of the hospital was also pleasant, there were proper walkpath within the hospital compound to walk around to get fresh air. The discharge process was also very pleasant and quick. Thank you Columbia Bukit Jalil , will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

My mom (Ismani Ismail) was admitted to Columbia Asia Bukit Jalil from 17th to 19th September due to rotavirus, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire medical team for their excellent care and support.
