I was admitted transferring from HTJ to KPJ Seremban as per my request to be treated here on 29/6/2023 due to open bone fracture of my right feet under Prof Syah Irwan and Doc Parthiban . These is my review while I was admitted for 13 days there. The food- Some are ok and others is tasteless. need an improvement there. The room- I’m in double sharing room. The other patient in my room was too noisy together with their visitor. I couldn’t sleep properly.Please concern when putting the patient together. I’ve ask help twice to the Sister while she visiting around the patients, lucky on the 7th Day I was being able to be transfer to the other room with a quiet patient beside me. The Toilet- I’m only entering the toilet once a day due to my condition, but it still need to be repair due to bad smell occur from the toilet drain. The aircond- Due to changes of aircond unit, (as I understand from Sister Azimah explanation)sometimes its very cold and sometimes its very hot during the nights. Please consider to put the best temperature while fixing it up. Overall, Doctors , Nurses, Physiologist (Shashi, Ain) that help me through during the admission is a great people even though the bill was totally out of my mind😅TQ Nurses on Wad Selasih. Hope to see u in a bright smiles always.

I am a patient in room 312 of the Selasih Ward, admitted for the first time at KPJ due to a slipped disc.. Thank you so much to Prof. Dr. Syah Irwan Shamsul Bahari who treated me well in the ward, calm, soft spoken & professional.. I was so scared that I became calm after hearing Prof. Shah explain the details of my illness. Thank you also to the clinic assistant Ms. Nor Hafiza who welcomed me with friendly service at the clinic. Thank you to the nurses on duty at the Selasih ward who were very helpful. Thank you so much to the physio staff. Very friendly like friends. I feel happy and enjoy going there. Thank you to the cashier & pharmacy team. Just settled. I didn't have to wait long. Thank you to the staff who handled my insurance. They were really diligent in finding information for me. Sorry I don't remember their names. Level 2. For the x-ray & MRI staff that night. It was time for me to go when I was dizzy & vomiting. Overall, I was very satisfied when I was at KPJ Seremban except. The food was not very tasty even though you could choose. Maybe it could be improved. Anyway, the staff who delivered the food were very good. 🤗

Dr Prof Syah Irwan was my surgeon for my broken leg. thankyou so much dr. for being very helpful and soft spoken. ive never had any surgery in my life so this experience was very calming and lovely. service memang top. nurses tak sombong. rehab service macam physiotherapy punya staffs semua memang terbaik. makanan boleh choose. to conclude i wouldn’t hesitate to come here again if i ada any sakit.💞

Treatment: Ankle treatment with Dr Syah Irwan. Dr explained using simple and easy to understand language. Staff in all departments are very helpful. The food menu is great and delicious. Ms. Asna is very friendly and gives food suggestions that suit your taste. Congratulations KPJ Seremban.

On behalf of my wife...I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the Wound Care Team, OT Team especially Consultant In charge Prof. Dr. Syah Irwan, Dr Amran, Sr Suhaila ward in charge, Srn Rohatinie, and Srn Siti Hajar, for their dedicated and compassionate treatment. From having a large wound to now seeing it heal and become smaller, Alhamdulillah, it has been a remarkable journey. Thank you for your professionalism, gentle care, and continuous support throughout my recovery. May you all be blessed for the amazing work you do. However, I do hope that in the future, the facilities can be improved—such as providing more comfortable chairs and better beds for patients.
