I want to leave a review for mothers who are planning to give birth at KPJ Ampang Puteri. First of all, I was very fortunate and lucky to have a doctor who was very understanding and encouraging during the birth of my first baby. From my 37-week checkup, I chose Dr. Nazian Hanna from O&G Specialist, and I sincerely give this 4-star review to Dr. Nazian Hanna because of her nature and attitude in managing my case during childbirth. Dr. Nazian is skilled at handling situations and understands the feelings of a first-time mother struggling to give birth. She provided moral support and was very patient while performing her duties, unlike the two senior nurses assigned to care for me at the time. I was quite disappointed with the service provided by the two senior nurses who were rather rough in the labor room and lacked courtesy while on duty. During my experience in the labor room and experiencing complications, Dr. Nazian Hanna was very efficient in managing the situation. After I finished giving birth, Dr. Nazian Hanna was very helpful in explaining how to care for the internal uterine wound due to complications and how to care for the perineal wound. Additionally, after being transferred to the Single Deluxe Room, the waiting area for patients was comfortable, and the assistance from the Nursery department was very helpful for mothers to rest. Regarding the food, time management, and taste, it was 7/10. Overall, the cost for 3 days and 2 nights was RM 3999 + 6K (emergency case) + I received a free car seat. Overall, everything was okay, but I hope in the future, the hospital will be more concerned about the friendliness of staff towards patients who require assistance. Thank you 😊

Thank you to the giver. Everything was very beautiful & the words written on the card made me feel very touched. To everyone, I was discharged yesterday but I haven't recovered from the pain yet. I am still lost, praying for strength to recover as before so I can live my daily life as usual. So, I will spend the time I have now with my family. From the moment I arrived from Puchong to KPJ Ampang Puteri, the hospital team was incredibly friendly and patient, answering all my questions and inquiries with care and professionalism. The delivery process in the labour room was smooth. The nurses very kind and helpful. Both doctor & nurses give me a full morale support. The facilities were so comfortable—definitely an improvement from my first time delivering here! Even the food was delicious and perfectly suited to my taste, making the whole experience even more pleasant. Thank you, KPJ Ampang Puteri, for ensuring my journey was safe and comfortable!
