I recently had a delivery experience at Kedah Medical Center (KMC) and found it to be excellent. Dr. Che Hatikah was incredibly motherly and attentive, providing not just medical expertise but also emotional support throughout the process. The nurses were equally commendable, always ready to assist with a helpful attitude and genuine care. A huge thanks to Dr. Koik and the nursery team, who played a crucial role in the care of our newborn. When it became necessary to transfer the baby to the General Hospital (GH), Dr. Koik and the team facilitated the process with professionalism and compassion, ensuring the baby received the necessary care promptly. The overall environment at KMC was supportive and comforting, making a potentially stressful experience much more manageable. Last week my child admit here. That is our third admission here under Dr Koik. I really like his approach managing my child illness, explanation was very good, easy to discuss, nurses paeds ward level 2 help us through the stay was very good and with patience, ED staff also good treating us.

I had a wonderful experience at the Outpatient Clinic, especially at the Paediatric Clinic at KMC . Mrs. See Mei Lin was kind, patient, and very attentive, making both the child and family feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Koik was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while addressing all of our concerns. The entire team was friendly, efficient, and provided excellent care. Thank you for the outstanding service—I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and high-quality paediatric care.
