Last week my child admit here. That is our third admission here under Dr Koik. I really like his approach managing my child illness, explanation was very good, easy to discuss, nurses paeds ward level 2 help us through the stay was very good and with patience, ED staff also good treating us.

I recently had a delivery experience at Kedah Medical Center (KMC) and found it to be excellent. Dr. Che Hatikah was incredibly motherly and attentive, providing not just medical expertise but also emotional support throughout the process. The nurses were equally commendable, always ready to assist with a helpful attitude and genuine care. A huge thanks to Dr. Koik and the nursery team, who played a crucial role in the care of our newborn. When it became necessary to transfer the baby to the General Hospital (GH), Dr. Koik and the team facilitated the process with professionalism and compassion, ensuring the baby received the necessary care promptly. The overall environment at KMC was supportive and comforting, making a potentially stressful experience much more manageable. KMC forever my 1st choice.. The doctor (Dr Koik - pediatrician) was so friendly, kind & understanding patients situation. All the nurses was so helpful, friendly & so nice. Room was in a good condition & clean.. Also the cleaner was kind & nice.

5 star. In term of service. Anak2 saya under paediatrician Dr Yew. Both dr yew and her assistant pn syafika sgt2 helpful. I hope both of them stay di kmc sbb both are the jewels of kmc. Other paeds pon bagus. Dr farid n dr koik.
