Shivering while writing this. First of all, please improve the emergency department. Slow. Baby had a fever of 40-41 degrees Celsius. It was slow to call for weighing, and waiting for the doctor was the same. It was 2 AM, not many people around. I was the second person, and it took a very long time to be called. There are 2 emergency rooms, but only one doctor. Well, I'll assume the best. Went to the yellow zone for IV insertion. The nurse who was supposed to insert it hadn't arrived yet, but her assistant had already bandaged the baby. The baby was screaming and crying until hoarse, and it wasn't even time for the insertion yet. Both should have been ready before bandaging the baby. It was dizzying to see the situation. Discharge was also, oh my goodness, it took so long. When I complained, eh, it became fast. Do I really need to complain to get things done quickly? Ugh, I don't understand, it wasn't settled by 7 AM. While waiting to pay, the baby's hand bled a lot after removing the IV. Asked for cotton wool at the pharmacy, the pharmacist replied, "We don't have cotton wool, ma'am." What do you think???? So unhelpful, even my headscarf got blood on it. Asked her back, "No cotton wool at the pharmacy?" This is my second visit. The first visit was also bad, it took ages to get admitted, but I assumed the best and still gave the benefit of the doubt. This second visit is even worse. One star because the food was delicious and Dr. Khairul was kind. That's all. Sorry if this sounds harsh. But please improve.

Praise be to God, the service from An Nur was excellent. My child was assigned to specialist Dr. Khairul. I received treatment from Dr. Asma'. Overall, the specialists at An Nur are all great, and the service is efficient and fast.
