Dr. Anis Siham is truly one of the kindest doctors any parent could hope for. Despite being a paediatric intensivist, she is remarkably gentle, compassionate, and humble in her approach. She listens attentively to every concern, no matter how small, and addresses each one with patience and clarity. As a parent, you feel heard, reassured, and supported. What touched me most was that my unwell baby — who usually has strong stranger anxiety — actually reached out for her and wanted to be carried by her. That, to me, speaks volumes. It reminded me of what people often say: sometimes, just looking at the doctor makes you feel better. We are truly grateful for her care and warmth.

Great experience from the moment I dropped my child at front lobby, they offer wheelchair and help me push her to emergency pead tower D, and the guard assisted me on parking. It was smooth. Once in ED, my child was assigned to check vitals which is immediate and refer to doctor straight away. Treatment also was done in timely manner and they explained everything from the financial matter, to the treatment plan. Admission was fine as well, all done within 2 hours and we able to catch our breath and rest while waiting for visiting doctor in charge, Dr Anis. She was an attentive doctor, explanations are clear. She did the necessary to help my child. Even refer to necessary specialist to understand her situation better. And facilities are great, food choice were okay. But not to worry, we can order online and collect at tower C. The hospital compound were huge and connected to many malls and hotel very convenient. The staff were all attentive and warm. Flat rate for inpatient is RM5 per day/night, acceptable. Truly a great experience and makes me less headache of everything else and focus to my child recovery most of time. And yes, Paul given 15% discount from bill. Thats great.

Our family would like to express our sincere gratitude to nursing team in ward 9G, especially Nurse Lem along with our paediatrician Dr. Ann from Ward 9G for the excellent care provided to our son during his admission for pneumonia. Nurse Lem was consistently gentle, patient, and meticulous in every treatment she performed. She always handled our son with great care, making him feel comfortable and at ease throughout his stay. Dr. Ann was attentive, approachable, and took the time to explain our son’s condition and treatment clearly, which gave us confidence and peace of mind. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication made our hospital experience a positive one. Thank you both for your exceptional care and kindness, we truly appreciate everything you did for our son and our family.

Its a good facility, modern and SMC is where my kids got their vaccines and consultations. Kudos to Paed Dr Anis!

I visit Dr. Khoo from the pediatrics department; he is a very good doctor. My children like him.
