⭐ *A Heartfelt Appreciation for Thomson Hospital & Dr. Fauzi.* This was my first time visiting Thomson Hospital for an asthma check-up with Dr. Fauzi, and honestly, I must say that my experience was truly different, memorable and unexpectedly wonderful. Dr. Fauzi is, in my opinion, a rather unique and remarkable doctor — and I say this with the greatest appreciation. Here is why : 1. *A Doctor Who Makes You Feel Young and Comfortable* When I first met Dr. Fauzi, I honestly felt as though we were almost the same age, even though he is actually much older than I am! His youthful energy, warm personality and approachable nature immediately made me feel comfortable. 2. *Calm, Relaxed and Genuinely Caring* His consultation style is wonderfully relaxed and reassuring. He does not make you feel nervous or intimidated. Instead, he creates a comfortable environment and genuinely shows that he wants to help his patients. 3. *Communication That Encourages Patients to Speak Up* I particularly appreciate the way he communicates. His explanations are clear, easy to understand and engaging. His way of speaking naturally encourages patients to ask questions, share their concerns and understand their own condition better. 4. *Experienced, Down-to-Earth and Truly in a Class of His Own* Dr. Fauzi is clearly a very experienced doctor, but what makes him special is that he remains humble, relaxed and down-to-earth. He has his own unique style — professional, yet sempoi, friendly and full of personality. Definitely a doctor with a class of his own. 5. *A Doctor Who Brings Patients Closer to the Hospital* A good doctor does more than provide medical treatment. A truly great doctor makes patients feel confident, welcomed and comfortable enough to return. Dr. Fauzi has certainly done that for me. His approach has made me feel much more positive about coming back to this hospital whenever I need medical care. 6. *A Special Thank You to Cik Ida - asistant Dr Fauzi* I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Cik Ida, who helped arrange my hospital admission on 8 Sept 2026 until 10 Sept 2026. What touched me even more was knowing that she herself was unwell and had been admitted to the hospital, yet she still made sure that my admission process was handled smoothly and with such ease. That level of dedication and thoughtfulness truly deserves recognition. Thank you, Cik Ida, for going the extra mile even when you were going through your own difficult circumstances. 7. *Cik Mas & Cik Ida — Customer Service with a Heart* A big thank you as well to Cik Mas and Cik Eida from Customer Service. They were incredibly friendly, cheerful, relaxed and genuinely pleasant to speak with. It did not feel like they were simply conducting a customer satisfaction survey. Instead, their warm interaction brought encouragement, positivity and even a little laughter during my hospital stay. Sometimes, a friendly smile and a few kind words can make a much bigger difference to a patient than we realise. 8. *Thomson Hospital — A Medical Centre with Class* And finally, Thomson Hospital has truly been one of the best and most professional medical centres I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived until the moment I leave the hospital on 10 September 2026, I have genuinely felt welcomed, cared for and valued. *To Dr. Fauzi, Cik Ida - nurse dr fauzi, Cik Mas, Cik Ida and everyone* at Thomson Hospital who played a part in making my experience so positive — thank you from the bottom of my heart. May God continue to bless each and every one of you, ease your affairs, protect you and reward your kindness.
